Are my tickets refundable?

No. Once processed, all tickets and ticket packages are non-refundable.

A:
The price you pay reflects the actual ticket price and may include applicable facility fees, taxes, tour service charge and artist charity donation.

As a member of the Executive Ticket Club, am I able to purchase tickets online?

No. We offer personalized service to our ETC members. Simply call or email our office with your request and we will immediately go to work to acquire your seats.
