How the Executive Ticket Club Works
|
TICKET PURCHASE:
- Upon sign-up and payment of your yearly membership, tickets may be purchased by credit
card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), corporate check, or cashier's check.
- Members will be notified of all available tickets by phone or email.
- All clients will receive personal attention by SLO's ETC manager. Follow-up is a crucial
element of our guarantee to ensure tickets are received on a timely basis.
All tickets are subject to availability. Exact seat locations cannot be confirmed.
DELIVERY:
Delivery of tickets may be available via express mail service or will be left at the
venue Box Office for pickup on the day of the show. Photo identification must be presented by the person
attending when collecting tickets at the venue.
REFUND POLICY:
Once ticket orders are processed, no cancellations, exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
